A Decent Stay Overall

free tramhelpful staffbroken fanmissing plug
The hotel's location proved advantageous. Free trams are just across the street, transporting directly to Rundle Mall. I appreciated the staff's helpfulness. They were always polite (which is a plus when you're traveling).
I noticed a few maintenance issues in my room. The bathroom fan was not functional, and I also discovered there was no plug for the bathtub. These small details did detract from the overall experience.

Satisfactory Stay with Minor Issues

generous roomshopping centerhelpful staffoutdated bathroomshower facilitythin toilet paper
The room size was quite generous, bigger than most rooms I see in newer hotels (a nice surprise!). The location proved convenient for accessing shopping centers and various restaurants. The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom looked rather outdated and showed signs of wear. I had to climb into a bath for the shower (not ideal). I found the provided toilet paper to be excessively thin.
